If you, the maintainers of the two packages in question, have agreed on which of the packages will resolve the problem please reassign the bug to that package.

There is is nice list of symbols and special characters on this page.However, you can have your own dictionary file in "~/.anthy/private_words_default" and you probably want to take a look at the built-in dictionaries as a reference.
